Request cancellation up to 24h before event start time or within 3 days of booking.
Credited directly to the original UPI, card, or bank account used at checkout.
You may submit a cancellation request through your Booking Profile or by emailing contact@knduct.in up to 24 hours prior to event start time.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer or venue, a 100% full refund is automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Passes cannot be cancelled once the event start time is less than 24 hours away or after the QR pass has already been scanned/checked-in at the gate.
